Requirements for advanced features
- Microsoft® Word 97 or above (to run Microsoft® Word reports)
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher (to view Analyzer HTML reports)
- Microsoft® MDAC 2.7 or higher (to use SQL loader)
- An Internet connection capable of accessing XML web services (to receive automatic updates)
Supported Log File Formats
Analyzer Giga supports a wide variety of Internet log files. View the full list. If you are using a format that is not supported and you would like to use our products, please send a sample log file and the name of the product that produced the file to support@webspy.com.
New Loader Groups are continually being added to the software. It is recommended that you check for updates regularly (using Tools | Check for updates).
Known Issues
- If you are running Microsoft® Windows™ 98, HTML reports will not open from within Analyzer, however you can open them from Windows Explorer.
- HTML (WSR) reports can not be viewed if you have Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration turned on. This is on by default in Windows™ Server 2003. To turn it off, go to Control Panel, | Add/Remove Programs | Add/Remove Windows Components. Double-click 'Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration' and clear the checks for administrators or all users as appropriate.
