Request Support for a Log Format

If you would like a log file format supported in any WebSpy product, simply email with the following details about your log format:

  • A sample log file (All log file data is kept strictly confidential.)
  • Vendor name (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco)
  • Product (e.g. ISA Server, ASA)
  • Product Version (e.g. 2006, 5500 Series)
  • Log Type (e.g. W3C Text File, Syslog, SQL Database)
  • A description of the logging options used
  • A description the of types of reports you would like to produce
  • The WebSpy product you would like the format supported in (Vantage, Analyzer, Live)
